    • Manage global mobility tax program including overall relationship with global immigration vendor
    • Maintain subject matter expertise on all global mobility tax matters with the ability to strongly influence and advise key stakeholders
    • Responsible for all Global Mobility Tax Policies, including the Tax Equalization Policy as well as oversight of governance and exception management
    • Responsible for design and philosophy of Global Mobility Tax Program and Frequent Business Traveler Program
    • Work closely with HR, managers, key stakeholders and tax vendor to ensure tax compliance globally
    • Evaluate Global Mobility Tax Program for market competitiveness and effectiveness of meeting business needs
    • Oversight of all Global Mobility Tax processes related to billing, including cross charges, and accruals
    • Provide training to global business partners in HR, Business Operations, Finance regarding Expatriate Tax and Frequent Business Travel
    • Work with key stakeholders (employees, business units, vendors, etc.) to ensure that the highest levels of customer satisfaction and efficiency are delivered via operational excellence
    • Drive global and regional projects including continuous process and efficiency improvements designed to increase quality, reduce costs, and increase compliance
    • Represent mobility tax with internal stakeholders, including HR Business Partners, business unit management, vendors and clients to ensure client satisfaction
    • Influence decision making, approach and future direction for mobility tax


    • Thorough knowledge of individual tax planning for employee cross-border movement including foreign national and expatriate issues, foreign tax compliance, frequent business travelers and the tax equalization process
    • Considerable knowledge of managing international assignee populations of multi-national clients
    • Considerable knowledge of professional service environments and leveraging a worldwide network to best service your clients
    • Comprehensive technical skills in individual tax compliance, tax planning and expatriate tax program policy and administration design
    • Considerable experience identifying and addressing client needs: building, maintaining, and utilizing networks of client relationships and community involvement; communicating value propositions; managing resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collections; and preparing and/or coordinating complex written and verbal materials


    • Expertise in Mobility Tax
    • Project management and organizational skills
    • Strong vendor management experience
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Strong PC software skills
    • Ability to interact with all levels of the organization including Global partners and executives
    • B.S. level degree, or equivalent, in related field
    • 6+ years of directly related and applicable experience
    • Program Management experience with high volume, fast paced Global Mobility Tax programs
