The Great Talent Strategy Pitch Session

Tesla is mandating return to the office while Airbnb embraces a fully remote / flexible future. What type of work culture are you building going forward? Remote-first or in-office / hybrid? Every BAMM HR team and their company leadership have faced this question since the onset of the pandemic. Now, as the new-normal sets in, it has become a critical decision point. Across the BAMM membership, there is a wide range of approaches & opinions on the subject and the BAMM Summer Event will bring all points of view to life in a good-spirited debate format with 8 speakers and 2 teams!

Join us on Thursday June 16th as we hear from corporates and suppliers on the why of remote vs. in-office / hybrid and how that decision will impact talent strategy and the global mobility function moving forward.

To kick off the educational session, we also have a very special Ignite! talk by Kathryn Rudey at Tibco on launching a remote work policy from scratch. An Ignite! talk is a speedy 5 minutes, going through 20 slides that auto advance every 15 seconds. The perfect catalyst into our debate format.
