    As an integral part of the Global Talent Acquisition team, the Global Mobility Specialist will report to the Global Mobility Manager and provide administrative support in the areas of US and global immigration, relocation, project management, business travelers programs, international assignments, compliance, and global mobility projects.  In this hands-on role, you will follow company procedures in initiating, monitoring process, and tracking international assignments, business travel, immigration, and relocation cases.

    The individual will primarily work US office hours, but due to the global aspect of the role, may be required to work non-traditional business hours in support of global needs.

    Job Details - Responsibilities:

    • ·       Working as an integral part of the Global Talent Acquisition team, providing point-of-contact for the Global Mobility department related to immigration cases, relocation activities and international assignments
    • Work directly with employees and external service providers, supporting the program and analysis
    •  In partnership with external counsel, support pre-offer immigration assessments, case initiations, escalations, Department of Homeland Security site visits, and project case follow up activities
    • Respond and monitor time sensitive documents working with employees regarding collection of data, manage Mobility records and retention (Letters, Public Access Files, PERM activities, compliance posting requirements, SharePoint document control, etc.). 
    • Manage vendor payments, tracking and reporting costs/spend, monitoring costs/budgets etc.
    • Liaise with various internal from benefits, payroll, legal and finance, as well as external partners service providers
    • In partnership with internal and external partners track and monitor repayment activities
    • Manage tax and immigration compliance for Extended Business Travelers program Data Management; maintaining data integrity, compiling and reporting mobility activity and costs
    • Assists with special projects

    Minimum Qualifications:

    ·       Prior US and global immigration experience is strongly preferred

    ·       Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field with at least 2 years work experience in global mobility or immigration

    ·       Proven success prioritizing multiple tasks to meet deadlines

    ·       High proficiency in MS Word, Excel (Vlookup, pivot tables, etc.), PowerPoint, Visio
