    Global Mobility Manager, APAC Region

    The Global Mobility Manager for the APAC Region will report to the Head of Global Mobility and will be the primary SME for APAC supporting all internal customers on relocation, immigration and tax programs coordinating with and managing external partners to facilitate end to end mobility processes. Job scope requires the ability to identify the growing and changing needs of the business and develop supporting services, provide counsel, and find innovative solutions and tools to scale with Lam’s growth.  

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Function as a single point of contact for APAC Region, partnering with HR and TA teams to provide excellent customer experience on relocation, immigration, assignments and connected processes
    • Responsible for end to end global mobility life cycle for new hires, internal transfers, and assignments
    • Drive alignment between corporate functions with interdependencies, and other internal partners
    • Provide training to stakeholders, sponsor or lead webinars and info sessions as needed to communicate current events and respective impacts to the business
    • Manage service providers to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery
    • Consult with HR and Management on global mobility programs, policies, and processes
    • Drive process improvements including consulting on domestic relocation programs
    • Provide support and lead on global mobility projects including project scope, definition, and process flow design through implementation
    • Coordinate with team members on global program initiatives
    • Provide reporting and analytics for internal stakeholders

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in related field
    • Proven track record in managing a large global mobility program
    • Extensive knowledge in relocation, immigration and tax related topics, and desire to continue to learn and grow with the APAC expansion
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including ability to explain complex matters in a consumable fashion
    • Must be able to work both independently as well as in a global team environment
    • Comfortable presenting and providing training to all levels of management
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information with discretion
    • Ability to analyze data and present findings in a succinct and understandable manner
    • Efficient in using MS Office Suite, HRIS and ATS systems
