    Lam Research is looking for a passionate, driven, and dedicated immigration professional to help shape and drive operational excellence to support Lam’s strategic vision. You will need to be able to work independently as well as in a larger team environment and be agile in delivering services in a fast paced and every-changing world.

    The Global Immigration Manager will be a key member of our growing Global Mobility team and will report directly to the Head of Global Mobility.

    ·         Manage a complex world-class Global immigration program, in order to support internal stakeholders and employees

    ·         Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR, and hiring managers to create a seamless and efficient approach to recruiting, on boarding and assimilation

    ·         Update internal audience as deemed necessary for immigration changes and the impact of regulations

    ·         Build out a scalable immigration program that adheres to local laws and regulations, to keep the company in compliance and assist in mitigating risk to the company

    ·         Partner with Lam APAC Global Mobility Manager on initiatives and solutions

    ·         Manage vendor relationship with outside immigration counsel

    ·         Lead weekly meetings with outside immigration counsel

    • Provide timely, in-depth and comprehensive forecasts, projections and data as requested
    • Serve as the SPOC and SME for all immigration matters and serve as a corporate signatory on all immigrant petitions

    ·         Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

    ·         Track record of scaling immigration processes and improving employee experience in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment

    ·         Demonstrated ability to provide strategic direction and manage hands-on corporate immigration matters

    ·         Strong working knowledge of U.S. Immigration policies and procedures

    ·         Demonstrates mastery of multiple case types

    ·         Ability to prioritize program objectives

    ·         Experience exercising independent judgment and discretion while using company policies and practices to analyze situations, spot potential issues and determine appropriate action

    ·         Qualifications:

    ·         BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience

    ·         5+ years of experience with high volume employment-based immigration

    ·         Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication. Ability to take complicated information and craft into a consumable format

    ·         Excellent customer service skills

    ·         Experience managing outside immigration counsel

    Experience with corporate immigration matters at a growing technology company
